Jamie earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin- La Crosse in Exercise and Sport Science, with an emphasis in Fitness, and a Strength and Conditioning Concentration. She has been certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist since 2004. “I believe in functional training. Through functional training you not only achieve your fitness goals- whatever they may be: to improve endurance, build muscle, lose fat, gain strength, or to look better, but you will improve many aspects of your every day life. I enjoy working with people in every stage of life. From introducing young children to the fun of fitness to teaching our aging population how to prevent falls. Just like the Harbor motto, “Fitness is a lifelong pursuit”!
