Health, wellness and fitness coaching is my passion. I believe everything is integrated and we all deserve to live a life of joy and abundance. When it comes to movement and life, I believe consistency is integral. How you show up here is how you show up everywhere. My motto for run club, strength training and anything in life is “Forward is a Pace”.
If I had an extra 30 minutes in a day I would: Sit in a sauna or go to a hot yoga class
