I’ve been a fitness trainer since 2008. I’ve trained & coached a variety of programs such as 1-on-1 personal training, marathon programs, masters swim & youth programs. My philosophy is functional fitness, keep variety in your routine, quality over quantity, and keep it fun. I’m a certified Personal Trainer through AFAA, Grit…Les Mills, and CPR. I am thankful and humbled that I’ve accomplished 2 Ironmans, 20 marathons, and a variety of fun events with friends and family.
