Liz is a true teacher at heart. In addition to teaching elementary students, she leads yoga classes to create a memorable fitness experience for every participant. She believes that fitness is the pathway to a healthy mind and body which leads to a more balanced life. Liz has been teaching fitness classes in the Madison area since 2002. Certifications include a 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Certification through Breathe for Change and PiYo. You may also see her on the Group X floor teaching BodyPump, BodyStep, BodyCombat, CXWORX, Sculpt or Zumba.
