 FIT Pass

Members and non-members are able to purchase a FIT Pass for child athletes.  Classes with this symbol require a Youth Pass and advanced sign up, either online or by speaking to someone at the front desk.

Members:

  • Drop – In: $10/class
  • 10 Class Pass: $60 ($6/class)
  • 20 Class Pass: $100 ($5/class)

Non-Members:

  • Drop-In: $20/class
  • 10 Class Pass: $180

Parents and siblings may share class passes.  FIT Passes are good for HOT Yoga, TRX, Pre/Postnatal, GRIT and Youth Classes.

Classes Included in Child’s Membership

If a child is a member of Harbor, classes with these symbols are included in their membership.  Children may attend these classes for FREE.  These classes do not require a sign up in advance.  Drop in anytime and have some fun!

Children added to parent/guardian’s membership are $10/month.  Some restrictions may apply.  Please contact member services or call 831.6500.

Winter 2015 Class Descriptions

Beginner Soccer: Ages 4-6

Interested in soccer, but never played? Join Luke as he teaches an introductory class to the most popular sport in the world! Work on your fundamental skills, like dribbling, passing, and shooting, and start your journey into the awesome world of soccer.

Youth IncludedFREE for members.  No registration required.

 

Dodgeball: Ages 7+

A supervised playground favorite. Catch, throw, dodge, if not you’re out! Sometimes you’re on a team, sometimes you’re on your own.

Full Court Dodgeball!: Ages 7+.  Just what it sounds.  Full Court.  Dodgeball. (I)

Kids Court Ages 2+

Supervised physical activity held in the Sport Court or outside on the playground. Times and ages vary. Children must be checked in and out of Kids Club. *Dependent upon number of kids and staff available.

Little Bitty Gymies: Ages 1-3

A fun toddler gymnastics-inspired exercise and exploration class.  Your child will be given the freedom to explore around the safely planned course, while being able to hang, jump, roll and be silly with spotting from instructors.

Little Yogis: Ages 3-5

Kids will improve concentration and focus, stimulate their imagination and help to release energy in a fun, safe environment. Using interactive games, music, and animated postures, kids learn about animals, nature and basic anatomy through yoga.

Music & YOGA: Ages 0-3

Lynn Peterson will sing, dance, do yoga, be silly, and play guitar with your children. Parents are required to participate.

Run Around: Ages 6-12

 Burn off some extra energy while improving strength, agility, and a positive attitude.  Class involves warm up drills, running on the indoor track, and games.

Speed & Agility Ages 9+

Training the three aspects of speed: Acceleration, Change of Direction, and Top Speed with drills and games for all athletes and non-athletes. With training every child WILL get faster!  Finishing up with functional training for a strong core. Led by a certified personal trainer.

Youth TRX: Ages 11+ & 13+

Increase flexibility and core strength in these fun challenging circuits. Separate classes for both 11+ and 13+.  With Moira Ruhly.

little om BIG OM classes empower kids through fun yoga and mindfulness lessons that young yogis enjoy and parents appreciate! Our Kids’ Yoga classes use songs, games, imaginative activities and creativity to teach kids yoga asana (poses), mindfulness, relaxation and pranayama (breathing) techniques, designed to be just right for the different age groups that we have in class. Yogis leave proud of what they accomplished in the studio having had lots of fun in the process, and are excited to use their new skills off the mat! Our class series focus on the “how” and the “why”, and are designed to progress from beginning to end, with new skills and techniques learned each class, but are also accessible to the drop-in student. Join us for a fun yoga experience!

YOGA 4 Tweens: Ages 9+

Expanding minds and maturing bodies come together through independent and group activities that stimulate preteens’ physical strength, emotional balance and self-confidence. Classes integrate traditional yoga poses, flowing sequences, breathing exercises, deep-relaxation and meditation techniques as well as self-reflection.
