Classes to be added starting Dec 1st 

Group Fitness: 

NEW BosuCORE Tuesday 8-8:45am with Christen

BosuCORE is a functional training class designed to improve your balance and coordination while strengthening your core. This class will challenge your muscle strength and endurance while increasing your flexibility and balance. This is a low impact, moderate intensity class appropriate for all levels.   

Cycle45 Tuesday 8:15-9am with Heather

Cycle60 Tuesday 5:30-6:30pm with Sharon
