This circuit style class will use a variety of equipment, including the TRX, to get your heart rate pumping and the sweat dripping. You will challenge your cardiovascular endurance, develop speed and agility, three dimensional core strength and muscular strength to help you Train for Life.
Classes begin NEXT Monday, May 17th, and are free through the month of May. Classes are held on Mondays at 8:00am with Jackie and Thursdays at 8:00am with Krista. Sign up on Club Automation starting at 7am the day prior. Class will meet outside weather permitting.
