Youth Summer Classes and Programs!

Drop the kids off and get your workout in…or some chill time by the outdoor pool! Kids Club is open and ready to welcome your kids back. Reservations are recommended for a quick drop off. Reservations are required for ages 2 and under.

Kids Club Hours:
Monday-Thursday 8:00 am – 6:45 pm
Friday 8:00 am – 1:30 pm
Saturday and Sunday 8:00- 11:30 am

An extension of Kids Club for some summer fun! This activity offers flexible outdoor time for ages 3+. Activities will vary from playground play, to games and crafts depending on the number of children and ages. Kids should come prepared to be outdoors with sunscreen and a water bottle. Kids Club rules apply, temperature checks and 1 1/2 hour time limit. This time is not in addition to Kids Club. You may only use Kids Club OR Kids Club on the Playground for the 1 1/2 hour time limit. In the event of extreme heat or inclement weather, it will move indoors to kids club.

Just a reminder that children younger than 14 MUST have adult supervision in the Club. Due to liability, they are not able to workout on their own or hang out in the lobby. They are welcome to chill in Kids Club with their devices and books or check out one of these new Supervised Youth Classes below!

Monday and Wednesday 10:30-11:30 am
This program offers kids ages 7-14 the opportunity to use the courts with supervision by members of our Youth Fitness team. Both the group exercise floor and the front of the Sport Court will be used. Kids will be broken up into 2 groups: ages 7-9 and 10+.

NEW Youth Dance FIT
Get ready to dance, jump, move, and shake! Dance FIT is a combination of creativity based dances with a mix of aerobics to keep your superstar’s heart rate elevated. While learning about moving to a beat, we’ll be warming up all of our muscle groups with some stellar moves. Class is offered for 2 age groups: 6-9 and 10-14. Wear comfortable shoes to dance in, and bring a water bottle.

Youth Conditioning Summer 2021
This Train for Life workshop was developed to help Middle School and High School age children with their strength, overall conditioning, and prevention of injuries. Our Youth Fitness team of Certified Personal Trainers will give personalized feedback to each participant because we know every growing body is different and has different needs. This class offers a fun and safe environment where kids can learn as they improve their skills. Participants will also work on muscle imbalances and use recovery and injury prevention techniques such as foam rolling and stretching. No prior training experience is required, this is a safe place for all. Class will meet in the front half of the Sport Court, bring your own water bottle and mat.

Youth Weight Room Fundamentals Summer 2021
This Train for Life workshop is designed to help prepare Middle School and High School age children for exercise progressions in the weight room. Weight room etiquette and safety will be taught along with the introduction of exercises. No prior training experience required, your coach will be able to customize the workouts for each individual. Clients will be coached through the workout with the trainer on Monday and then they can return for supervision on Wednesday.

4 week session 6/21-7/14

$60 for 1 coached session per week on Mondays, supervised on Wednesdays
